Tanzania Golf respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you contact us, and why.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, and, if you add them, your phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group, preferences, indicative budget and message. We never ask for passport, identity or payment details through this website.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and to prepare your journey. With your agreement, we share the details needed for your stay with the hotels, golf courses and safari partners who host you.

Where it is kept

Your enquiry is received through our website host, Cloudflare, and kept in our private records, accessible only to Yasmine and Thomas. A notification is sent to our mailboxes through an email delivery service. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to prepare and follow up your journey, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Website statistics

We use privacy-friendly statistics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which journeys are viewed. These statistics do not include your name, email or message.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to yasmine@tanzaniagolf.com or thomas@tanzaniagolf.com.
